For the Freaky Food Festival, a imaginative concept by Festival de Parade in collaboration with 24 Kitchen, I developed a colourful campaign. Three city posters, a brochure, and an animated poster bring the idea to life: a festival where great food and theatre playfully come together. It’s a cheerful nod to the 1950s, but with a freaky twist.

Freaky Food Festival is all about experience, flavour and theatre, just as you would expect from De Parade and 24 Kitchen. For this fictional project, I created a complete campaign consisting of three posters (for Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht), a brochure and an animated poster that adds extra energy to the festival vibe.
The style draws inspiration from 1950s typography and illustrations, combined with bold images and colours. This creates a lively whole that sparks curiosity and invites people to come see, taste and enjoy for themselves.
